Do Not Look any Further. Use this company if you want the BEST. My new home construction had mold on the roof trusses and wood framing that would have been covered up and hidden behind the drywall by the builder without Johns company. The comprehensive inspection report complete with lab test results and photos confirmed what I was seeing and validated what needed to be done. His company exceeded every expectation and provided a way for me to feel safe in my new home for years to come. It's rare to find people who can walk the walk and talk the talk. HE IS THAT GUY. Just wanted to say that John is super duper! Though he did not actually do my mold inspection, he helped me to understand what to look for in a mold inspector. My family and I moved to Florida from Wyoming and noticed something off in our apartment. It was musty, and the airvents were covered in mold. I took them off and discovered what is in the pics. I immediately looked up a mold inspector, and there are few, and Johns company came up. He immediately answered, told me he normally does big jobs, but offered to help me through what to look for in other inspectors. He also timely answered the phone, texts, and advised me on how to inform my landlord of the izsues. Ultimately, we ended up having our lease cancelled and refunded all funds paid. Thanks to Johns help, my family will not be sickly people!

If you are lucky enough to have found Indoor Microbial Specialist (IMS) while browsing the internet and are considering having them do a mold assessment in Gainesville, you need look no further. IMS /John M. Acaron is a consummate professional with the specialized knowledge to do the job. They will go above and beyond to determine the cause and type of mold you are dealing with. They will provide a comprehensive report with photos, charts and technical information of the assessment. John was very responsive to the urgency of our request. This is the 2nd time I’ve used INDOOR MICROBIAL SPECIALIST services for multiple homes and have never been disappointed! John was extremely knowledgeable and professional; he took the time to understand our associations concerns to make sure we had a safe environment. Additionally, as he conducted the inspection and testing, he took time to explain to me what he was doing and what each procedure would or would not find. I would highly recommend our inspector John Acaron / Chief Mold Assessors. The reports are sent within couple days after the inspection! I highly recommend them!

We are very happy to find a person that has the education, knowledge, experience, and expertise in mold related issues. I had to answer many of his questions. He wanted to make sure that his services will address our issues. From the minute he responded on the phone I knew that he was an expert because he hit the nail on the head. He sent as a detailed proposal, and we accepted. Thanks God we did because he was able to discover the cause of the mold problem I my home. Outstanding Mold Assessment report with conclusions and recommendations. We filed our claim and submitted the mold assessment report, and our claim was accepted. Thanks John! Working with John Acaron was an excellent experience. He responded immediately to my call, listened carefully to my concerns, asked important questions, explained the services he offers and the processes involved, provided a proposal and then scheduled the inspection and testing promptly. He was very transparent and thorough in explaining everything up front. Throughout the entire process, everything always went exactly as he had explained. The only surprises were good surprises pertaining to his broad knowledge and range of expertise. I really appreciated how the inspection process also became an educational process for me. I was pleased to learn so much as a homeowner about various additional steps we can take to further improve our air quality and protect our home from wetness. Benefits extended well beyond just getting test results. Had we needed remediation, I would have had confidence in his recommendations and guidance. John Acaron responded very quickly to check my home when I was diagnosed with mold toxicity, and he performed an extremely thorough check of the entire house. By the time he left, I felt that "no stone had gone unturned." He took the time to advise me on many ways to improve my situation, and the final report was extremely thorough and professional. I have no hesitation highly recommending this company!

This was my first Mold inspection and was performed because of some concerns of a leak we had with Irma. John was VERY professional, kind and informative. At no time was I worried about having him in the home with my wife and kids present. He has so much knowledge on the subject I felt really at ease. I was able to ask a million questions, and without hesitation, he answered. I feel confident in recommending him to anyone!
